The story continues to follow Kojou Akatsuki, a high school student who has become the Fourth Primogenitor, an immensely powerful vampire. Set on the man-made Itogami Island, where humans and supernatural beings coexist, Kojou's life becomes increasingly complex as he navigates his newfound powers and responsibilities. Alongside Yukina Himeragi, a Sword Shaman assigned to monitor him, and other allies like Asagi Aiba and Natsuki Minamiya, Kojou faces new threats that challenge the island's fragile peace.
