Having finished the movie, Kinoshita Kazuya decides to take his relationship with Mizuhara Chizuru, a rental girlfriend, to the next level. Meanwhile, Sarashina Ruka makes her biggest moves on Kazuya yet, and his pot-stirring ex, Nanami Mami, sets her sights on Chizuru. As they head to a luxurious spa resort, Kazuya wonders if his rental girlfriend will ever become his real one.
